New Delhi, September 21, 2026: ThirdAl Automation, an India-US semiconductor intelligence company building Al for advanced manufacturing, showcased its causal intelligence platform and solutions for semiconductor manufacturing at the 5th edition

of SEMICON India 2026, held from September 17-19 at Yashobhoomi” (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi.
Organised jointly by the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) and SEMI, SEMICON India 2026 was themed “Silicon to Systems: Building the Ecosystem,” bringing together stakeholders from across the semiconductor and electronics ecosystem.
During the three-day exhibition, ThirdAl Automation’s booth was visited by Shri S. Krishnan, Secretary, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), and Shri Amitesh Kumar Sinha, Additional Secretary, MeitY & CEO, ISM, who engaged with Dr. Vivek Vishwakarma, Co-founder, ThirdAl Automation, for an overview of the company’s Al-driven solutions and their applications in semiconductor manufacturing.
Dr. Vivek Vishwakarma, Co-founder, ThirdAl Automation, interacted with the visiting officials and provided an overview of the company’s technology, products and applications in semiconductor manufacturing. He explained how ThirdAl’s causal intelligence technology helps manufacturing teams move beyond correlations in industrial data to identify the underlying causes of equipment and process issues.
The interaction also included an overview of ThirdAl’s Causal Intelligence Platform (CIP) and its applications across industrial workflows. The platform brings together a causal engine and knowledge graph to work with diverse manufacturing data, including equipment logs, sensor data, statistical process control (SPC), manufacturing execution systems (MES), service reports and other operational information.
“Semiconductor manufacturing involves highly complex systems where even small deviations can have significant downstream implications. Our focus is on helping manufacturing teams understand not just what happened, but why it happened, and use that understanding to support faster, evidence-backed decisions,” said Dr. Vivek Vishwakarma, Co-founder, ThirdAl Automation.
ThirdAl Automation’s participation at SEMICON India 2026 also provided an opportunity to engage with semiconductor manufacturers, equipment companies, technology providers and other industry stakeholders on the growing role of Al and causal intelligence in advanced manufacturing.
